2 Pets per Apartment Home. $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (First Pet). $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (Second Pet). $15 Monthly Pet Rent/Per Pet. Breed Restrictions Apply. No Weight Limit. All household pets & assistance animals must go through our third party pet screening service. This cost is $20 for the first animal and $15 for the second animal.
